Event Marketing Manager

This role will report to our Senior Director, Events & Sponsorships.Primary Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive event plans centered on achieving organizational objectives.Coordinate logistics and manage on-site execution of event activities.Manage event budgets, track expenses, and process payments.Identify key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Assist in the evaluation of existing and new vendors.Conduct post-event analysis and gather feedback in development of post-event recaps.Requirements:5+ years of event marketing, operations, or equivalent experience.Experience managing small-scale or large-scale events.Experience with event registration and management systems.Ability to demonstrate project management, communication, and organizational skills.Passion for leveraging guest experience to grow business.Ability to demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills.Position will require occasional travel to Acumatica events, including but not limited to Acumatica Summit, Presidents Club, industry third-party events, and Acumatica hospitality events.Occasional physical force needed to lift up to 25 lbs. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location.
