EVENT FACILITATOR: Seeking experienced, service-minded person, for position as Event Facilitator for unique private event hall in Seattle. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a small team at an incredible venue with a 5 star reputation and very little employee turn over. Seeking responsible, reliable, creative person to join our team. We create event experiences of impeccable quality and exceptional service. JOB DESCRIPTION: Facilitate all aspects of our events, including opening and closing venue, greeting guests and assisting with guest arrivals, interfacing with clients and vendors, attending to operations of the venue during events. REQUIREMENTS: Must have positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Qualified candidate is a self-starter who is able to work independently and has strong communication skills. Must be professional in demeanor, reliable, punctual, and able to multi-task, with good attention to detail and leadership skills. Candidate remains calm under pressure and enjoys the experience of working with the public. Must be able to work weekends. Some lifting required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Event planning, Event coordination, Hospitality, Retail, Customer-service, Office management or related field. Some lifting required. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
