About the information you give us

You won’t receive any spam.

We do send notifications about your site activity, billing and jobs posted, but you can turn these off.

Your personal information will never be disclosed, period.

We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with a 3rd party, especially your email addresses and phone numbers, without your express permission, unless required by law.
We do no store anywhere your credit card and billing information.

You have full control over your information, including the ability to wipe it from our system.

You can update your account information and preferences at any time. You can cancel your account when you choose. We do store your account information securely once cancelled for your convenience for a limited period of time, after what only your email address remains in our database.

We will only access your personal information when:

  • You specifically request us to do so (e.g. you are having technical difficulties).
  • It is required by law.
  • It is necessary to maintain our system.

What information do we collect?

Personal: Name, email addresses, phone numbers, password

All passwords are stored on our server in encrypted form - not even we can tell what they are! If you lose your password, we will generate a new one and send it to you.

Professional: Industry, job title, location, experience

These help us to target our services to you. It also helps other members and employers to find you, if you accepted to be visible. It also helps us gather demographic about our users to continually improve our services.

We also may use demographic information about a job posting, including location, hiring firm, and other information, for statistical and development purposes

Transactions: Payment dates, amounts, other transactions information

We store for your convenience your recurring billing date, amount so that you always know when and if you are to be billed.

Usage: Number of logins, last login, activity reports and error logs

This data helps us monitor theCreativeloft health, and diagnose errors and slowness issues when they crop up.

As is done with most web sites, we log each visit to each web page.
