Event Management Team The Des Moines Arts Festival relies on the Event Management Team (EMT) to execute a successful event. EMT volunteers work closely with staff before and during the festival, managing areas such as artist relations, food vendor relations, and stage management. • Key Areas of Focus: • Artist Relations • Food Vendor Relations • Interrobang Film Festival • Point of Sale/Tech Support • Merchandise Sales • On-Site Office Management • Festival Production • DMAF Programs • Sponsor Relations • Stage Management • Sustainability • Volunteer Relations Monthly meetings are held from March to June, with individual committee meetings also taking place before the festival.
