The Marketing and Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the creation, administration, and execution of a wide range of special events for patrons of all ages and abilities. • Develops strategies and content plans, community management, influencer strategy, paid social media to promote Downtown Brownsville, events, in Downtown Brownsville, and work that the city is doing to benefit Downtown. Office job with little or occasional light physical effort. Fair inside or outside conditions; exposure to disagreeable conditions is brief or otherwise insignificant; space problems; only occasional situations that place the employee in a stressful environment.
