Learn the event's goals and budget from the event's stakeholders. After the event, assist with tear-down and obtain bills from vendors to ensure payment. During and after each event, analyze customer response, marketing, and sales data to make recommendations for future events. Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
