As a highly motivated and energetic professional, you will work with trade associations, plan events, and manage databases in our fast-paced, customer-service focused environment. This role requires a self-starter who can learn projects independently and believes no tasks are too big or too small. Key Responsibilities: • Event Planning: Plan and manage logistics for multi-day events • Customer Service: Answer questions, provide materials, or refer inquiries via telephone or email • Meeting Support: Take and transcribe minutes at Board and Committee Meetings • Calendar Management: Maintain, update, and distribute Association calendars and meetings information • Client Event Support: Assist with preparation, set up, and on-site management of client events • Membership Reports: Assist with membership monthly reports, application processing, and member databases • Invoicing and Follow-up: Invoicing and follow up on membership payments The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong writing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. Occasional travel within the USA is required.
