Supporting the execution and growth of events, the full-time remote Account Director, Event Management will manage client relationships, coordinate speaker programming, and ensure high-quality event content while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, speakers, and event stakeholders, delivering a responsive client experience Support the development and execution of event agendas, recruiting and managing speakers for both live and virtual events Proofread and review all client-facing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across platforms Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in client services, marketing agencies, events, or account management Experience coordinating speakers, content, or event logistics is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with project management systems, event platforms, or CRM tools is advantageous
