Overview:

The Account Executive is essential in fostering and developing client relationships within designated territories, providing efficient, scalable solutions for local and regional clients. By emphasizing proactive client management and customized services, you will enhance account retention and drive revenue growth. This role requires engaging with clients to understand their regional needs, coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery, and ensuring satisfaction through consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients, making informed recommendations on product offerings to meet client needs.Generate leads to expand revenue for target accounts.Identify expansion opportunities within existing parent accounts.Secure new projects from current parent accounts.Seek opportunities to convert competitor customers to our services.Drive increased product and unit sales beyond initial agreements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper servicing.Manage account plans within assigned territories, pinpointing growth opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Meet or exceed regional revenue objectives.Provide customized solutions that align with client requirements, maximizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring problems are resolved proactively and ongoing project support is provided.Work with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and maintain a consistent client experience.Present tailored recommendations and service options to clients, highlighting product benefits and value-added services.Utilize company offerings to provide solutions tailored to a range of client issues.Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and finalization, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the complete range of service offerings.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sales interactions.Stay updated on industry trends and developments.Optimize resource allocation to enhance outcomes and client satisfaction.Perform additional duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum of a 4-Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of outside sales experience or a suitable combination of education, training, and work experience.Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Willingness to travel over 35% of the time.Reliable transportation for visiting client sites.Understanding of equipment rental agreements and coordination.Ability to manage multiple clients through various phases of the sales process while ensuring quality service.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to identify and recommend effective solutions.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Skill in developing and maintaining robust client relationships.Adept at adapting to a fast-paced environment.Capable of fostering collaborative relationships with team members.Proficient in utilizing sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales activity and contacts.Able to swiftly adapt to shifting client needs while maintaining high service standards.Physical Requirements:

This is a hybrid outside sales role with minimal to moderate physical activity, including extended periods of sitting in a car or at a desk, as well as time spent standing and walking while visiting sites.Work will occur partly in a standard office environment.Position requires extended driving to visit client sites, potentially exposing you to varying weather conditions, temperatures, dust, and noise.Physical actions include using hands and fingers to handle objects, see details at close range, speak clearly, and understand speech from others.Must have the ability to differentiate sounds and colors.Benefit Summary:

This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this position across all locations in the US. Individual pay is determined by geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our comprehensive compensation package also includes base pay and benefits.
