Join a strong team culture, mentorship programs, and in-depth onboarding where you are set up for success from day one. • Minimum of 3 years in hospitality or related corporate event discipline • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business • Ability to multi-task with problem-solving skills that drive progress • Generate and grow partnerships with key targets with demonstrated ROI • Ability to develop proposals from concept to client delivery • Proven experience with concept development and creative strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Enjoys being a hunter to build and enhance an existing database of potential clients • Ability to present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized manner • A curious and innovative mindset • CMP, DMCP, or CIS certification is preferred but not mandatory • Experience working in Canva and Viper, Social Tables (or other creative floor plan software) • Experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM system • Destination management company experience is preferred • Extensive and trusted supplier relationships • Must work well under pressure, exercising good judgment as well as excellent interpersonal skills • Competitive base salary + commission based on goal of $1.5 million • Medical, dental, vision, health savings account, 401K, basic life insurance, commuter benefit plan, employee assistance program, vacation and holiday pay.
