This is a Full-time position at 40 hours a week. • Schedule, develop agenda, attend and type minutes for weekly meetings with COO and Creative Director, also executes to-do lists as dictated by meetings. • Maintain Event spreadsheet and perform reconciliation of job costs for all events. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of administrative, accounting, and QuickBooks experience. • Ability to think out of the box and problem-solve when needed.
