About the Position: • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute events that promote socialization and entertainment • Maintain accurate records of event attendance and participant feedback • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff to ensure seamless execution of programs and events Requirements: • Associate's degree in a related field (event management, hospitality, or marketing) • Previous experience in event planning or a related field • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
