Activity and Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include: • Engaging residents one-on-one and in small and large group settings • Leading or assisting with group and one-on-one social, religious, educational, indoor, and outdoor activities, exercise, as well as assisting with outings • Facilitating games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events • Encouraging resident participation in activities and documenting outcomes when required You will also be responsible for reviewing goals and progress notes, and assisting the Resident Lifestyle Director as necessary.
