Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Life Enrichment Director to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of life enrichment programs for our senior living community. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for promoting the well-being and engagement of seniors. Main Responsibilities: • Develop and implement life enrichment programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of seniors • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness • Develop and manage budgets for events and activities • Serve as a resource and mentor to junior staff members Requirements: • Relevant education and/or experience in a related field • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
