An award-winning Soho based ten person architectural design firm specializing
in high-end residential and commercial projects is seeking an Administrative
Assistant/Marketing Coordinator. The position entails general daily
administrative duties, working closely with the firm's principal on overall
company objectives, monthly invoicing, and working with the architectural
project managers to identify new opportunities, prepare proposals and
competition/grant submissions, and develop/maintain both print and web-based
company marketing materials.
