The Administrative and Events Coordinator’s primary role includes providing administrative support for all aspects of company operations, ranging from event logistics to database management to client services and PR. Requirements: • Full time in-office role (some possibility for flex/remote work ~1 day/week) • College degree and minimum of 2-3 years work experience (applications from those re-entering the workforce or hospitality experience encouraged) • Meticulous organization and record keeping skills • Self-directed, fast learner with capacity for problem-solving and follow-through • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in-person and on phone) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) • Proficiency in database/CRM use and accurate data entry • High level of professionalism, discretion, client services, and sense of responsibility • Tech savvy and comfortable with websites & e-newsletters • Interest in and familiarity with contemporary literature, arts, pop culture, current events • Sense of curiosity (reading work by our authors is required)
