Some of the ideal qualities include: • Superior Client Services • Maintain a pleasant and enthusiastic, yet professional demeanor • Ability to problem solve (phone calls and face to face) • Generate enthusiasm in others • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organization and time management skills • High energy, enjoys meeting new people • Able to multitask priorities and multiple projects • Personable phone skills • Independently motivated and a self-starter • Works efficiently and brainstorms ways to increase efficiency • Excellent guest services philosophy and ability to easily relate to many different personality types • Computer savvy, able to learn and operate software systems, fluent in Microsoft products Some duties include: • Recruitment, onboarding, supervision and scheduling of all event staffing • Event management of non wedding events such as open houses, rehearsal dinners, showers, etc... • Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures • Ensure venue spaces ready for upcoming events • Administrative duties as designated • Assisting with incoming calls and schedule tours, photo shoots, contract meetings, collect payments, hold the dates • Generating leads, networking, establishing referrals, community events, telemarketing • This position is Full Time, 36-40 hours based and will include weekend work
