Global commercial real estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Event Coordinator to be responsible for providing welcome and concierge services in a front-of-house environment as well as coordinating events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Welcomes guests and visitors, making sure they reach their meetings and workplace in a warm and professional manner • Coordinate events • Offer assistance and help with requests for transportation, restaurant bookings and accommodation • Issue visitor passes and validate guest parking • Office wayfinding: provides visitors with information to navigate the building including pointing out nearest amenities and fire exits by showing or walking the guest to their destination • Answers telephone in friendly, professional manner • Help track visitors and assist with reporting • Serve as point-of-contact and/or extension of the facilities team as representative of the Experience team. • Arrange equipment service as needed • Support with tasks within the Hospitality Team and assist other teams operating within the client space Requirements • Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years of event coordination or administrative experience
