Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator

Sip Idaho Meridian, Idaho

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative tasks in association with the liquor events we produce throughout the year. Responsibilities + Skills • Maintain a filing system • Maintain team share drive files + all it's folders and files • Provide general support to our owner • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as computers and printers • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and/or Google Docs, and Constant Contact, as well as PosterMyWall.com and/or a willingness to learn • Ability to create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for inventory management • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Design + Create Facebook cover photos for Liquor Events through PosterMyWall.com (A keep eye for creativity is a huge plus!) • Preferred ability to work Thursdays from 3:30-6:30pm, Fridays from 4:30-7:30pm, and Saturdays from 1:30-4:30pm at Liquor Store Tasting Events as a Brand Ambassador/Marketing Assistant to help promote event ticket sales. • If this sounds like the job for you, please make sure to SEND A COVER LETTER introducing yourself, and telling us why you think you are the best fit for this job!
