This position will handle incoming calls, outgoing mailings, welcoming clients into the office, preparing delivery documents, and any other necessary tasks that will provide a service to our advisors and... other support staff. Sort and distribute all incoming mail. Greet incoming clients and prospects with a “Ritz Carlton” experience. Call the client(s) the day before the appointment to confirm and remind them of time and location. Preferred Qualifications/Experiences • Preferred of at least 2 years front desk/administrative assistant experience • Working knowledge of Database/CRM software • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint • Attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask • Event experience preferred • Job duties and responsibilities are subject to change as the company grows.
