Mid-size, multi-state law firm looking for an administrative assistant with event planning experience to assist attorneys in our Meridian, Idaho location. Primary Responsibility - Administrative Assistant: Answer and transfer phone calls; order goods and supplies for the office; and support staff and attorneys as directed. Secondary Responsibility - Event Planner: Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, assist with day-to-day event planning/marketing needs in the ID office; review all requests for and distribution of marketing materials; preparation for and attendance at forums, seminars and conferences; monitor client and third-party contacts and communications, including social media and website for all Idaho marketing events. Pay: From $20.00 per hour Experience: • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
