Administrative Event Planner

Responsibilities • Manage phone communications and screen calls accordingly • Assist the Sales Director in planning menus and scheduling follow-up appointments with wedding/event clients • Coordinate behind-the-scenes work involved in planning weddings/events • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility policies and amenities • Utilize databases to create and distribute Banquet Event Orders and reports • Respond promptly to all client communications • Attend weekly Banquet Event Order meetings and update orders as needed • Collaborate with Catering staff to ensure accurate information and details are carried out • Track and post invoices to CTUIT • Process payments and coordinate vendor correspondence • Provide day-of operations support and backup
