CreativeMktGroup is hiring a part-time Administrative & Events Assistant to help keep our marketing and consulting firm organized and running smoothly—especially as we plan and execute events for clients and the community. This role combines day-to-day administrative tasks with hands-on event support, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity. You’ll work closely with our team to manage internal systems, prepare documents and materials, and assist with event logistics from planning to on-site execution. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support • Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling internal and client meetings • Draft and organize documents, proposals, reports, and presentations • Track project timelines and deliverables • Handle email follow-ups and basic correspondence • Organize files and maintain internal systems (digital and physical) • Assist with light invoicing and expense tracking
