Successful candidates will have a passion and talent for developing and managing event experiences that are informative, engaging, and fun. The person in this position will manage all aspects of the College’s daily visits and special admission events. In particular, data and statistics have shown that candidates who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, people from working-class backgrounds, people with disabilities, and others with minoritized and marginalized identities may not apply to jobs when they do not believe they meet 100% of the requirements and expected responsibilities listed in the job descriptions. Applicants must have the following: • Associate or bachelor's degree, or comparable work experience in event management, ideally some within higher education • Experience in college Admission preferred • Prior experience in marketing and communications is preferred • Has a valid driver’s license and can successfully pass the driving record check.
