Responsible for large customer events & briefings, product launches, industry events, PR events and trade shows.Support sponsorship opportunities at Bombardier Defense events (create, solicit potential partners, distribute sponsorship package, invoice and collect revenue)Manage event provided budgetEnsure Bombardier Defense brand is well represented at eventsResearch, recommend, select and manage suppliers to support events Provide on-site support for internal & external event attendeesCreate and communicate Event Information Packages (contains logistics re hotels/ badges/ transport/ attendees) Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
