The role of Advisor - Events Planner at ALSAC involves orchestrating premier events that bring together donors, partners, and communities in support of the St. Jude mission. This position offers a hybrid schedule, based at the territory office in Chicago, IL, and requires approximately 30% travel within Northern Illinois and Wisconsin, as well as occasional trips to Memphis. • Bachelor's degree or 7-8 years equivalent work experience • 3-5 years relevant event planning experience • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel 30% within Northern Illinois and Wisconsin and occasional visits to Memphis • Ability to work a hybrid schedule • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage budget and vendors • Problem-solving skills
