Alumni Engagement and Events Manager

The Alumni Engagement and Events Manager will serve as a member of the Alumni Relations team with responsibilities for supporting the staff with all event details including research, logistics, technical support, and communication. This position will work closely with alumni staff, executive leadership, vendors, and partners across the university and deliver a continuous value proposition for alumni to support and extend the mission of Boise State University. The Foundation works closely with university leadership, the Boise State University Alumni Association, and the Bronco Athletic Association. Coordinate event details with campus Event Services, Food services, Parking, Security, Facilities and Maintenance and Risk Management. Provide guidance and resources to college departments and units for planning and executing alumni engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with the Boise State University Foundation’s engagement goals.
