Arctic Events Planner (Part-Time, Flexible, SecretClearance)

ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking an Events Program Planner to support the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies. The role focuses on coordinating logistics, scheduling, and vendor selection for international events under ICE-PPR, in a Federal environment.

The position requires five years of event planning experience, ability to work with senior leaders, and a Secret clearance; hybrid telework not guaranteed and on-site scheduling applies.
