Job Description • Responsible for front of the house operations involved with an Arena event. Duties And Responsibilities • Manages a team to ensure that front of the house operations including, but not limited to, ticket taking, event set-up and Box Office communications are in place and functioning efficient according to the schedule set by event booking. • Match capabilities of subordinates accurately with assignments; investigate all reports of laxity of performance of duty or violation of department/company rules of any subordinate. Maintain a high level of communication with Marketing Manager, management team and team members to ensure that all Arena team members are informed about daily promotions and events as well as other company related news. • May be required to perform duties outside of normal job description when it is in the best interests of efficiency, productivity and customer service.
