Job Description • Event Operations: Ensure proper set-up of all concessions locations prior to doors, verifying opening inventory and assigning duties to concession workers. • Oversight and Training: Provide high-level oversight and operational expertise, training new and current employees on property procedures and best practices. • Customer Service: Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, providing excellent service to guests and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. Assist the Concessions Manager and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory, and special events.
