Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of events taking place at the Museum, including budgeting, floorplans, staffing, run of show, A/V, decor suggestions, layout, and event flow. • Work with colleagues, vendors, and external collaborators to develop run of show and staffing plans for off-site events. • Ensure all events deliver a seamless experience for donors, supporters, and guests. • Create and monitor event budgets and manage vendors, timelines, guest lists, invoices, and follow-up activity.
