• Must have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team. • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate and organize staff. • Reports any problems to the Director and/or ORU Security to handle. • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. • Must be able to make decisions and act effectively in stressful situations.
