The role combines responsibilities in game and event operations—including oversight of varsity athletic events, recreational sports, and intramural activities—with coaching duties for the baseball program. Essential Responsibilities and Position Accountabilities (Administrative): • Coordinate and oversee comprehensive event setup and breakdown for selected on and off campus varsity athletic events, recreational sports and intramural activities. • Assist in organizing and implementing a successful recruiting program which attracts academically and athletically gifted prospects—with an unwavering commitment to retention, degree completion and academic success. • Conduct all aspects of the program within the rules, regulations, and procedures of the NCAA, conference, athletic department policy manual and the College. • Maintain a positive and constructive working relationship with College and departmental staff to ensure an efficient and effective program.
