Assistant Director, Event Design

You will work in close creative partnership with our Director, Event Creative and Logistics. In collaboration with our Director, you will coordinate event marketing, creative design, and communication materials for a range of presidential, ceremonial, and development events. Together, conceptualize, write, and design event communications and marketing materials, including invitations, digital assets, web content, and print collateral for UDE produced events. Lead the creative development of event communications and marketing materials for UDE, working in close partnership and under the guidance of our Director, Event Creative and Logistics. This role may require travel and may schedule it any time of the year, including holidays.
