This role includes managing staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all events meet the high standards expected by clients and guests. The Assistant Director of Banquets works closely with the events team to deliver exceptional service and successful events. The position is responsible for achieving guest and employee satisfaction and for managing the financial performance of the Event Operations Department. - Assist in the planning and execution of all banquet events, including meetings, weddings, and Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.
