The Assistant Director of Event Management and Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily management and administration of operations for a Division I athletic program. The position requires strong leadership skills, coordination of event logistics, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for a diverse student-athlete population. Responsibilities • Hire, educate and supervise workforce responsible for daily operation of athletic facilities and game operations. , • Assist in the set-up and conversion of athletic facilities for campus and community rentals. , • 1+ years of experience in game management and/or athletic facility operations.
