Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Involvement, the Assistant Director is responsible for the coordination/management of spaces on Bradley’s campus, day-to-day operations of the Student Center, Event Services office and coordination of summer camps and conferences. • Coordinate logistics and billing for internal/external events, camps and conferences including but not limited to scheduling of space, food service, media services, parking, lodging. • Market and promote Bradley University as an opportunity for rental for events. • Effectively manage department budgets. • Candidates must also be detail-oriented, possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
