Although you will have the support of the internal team during events, you will likely be the only person physically on site for contracted event weekends. You will receive a new contract for every event and the specific duties of this role may vary slightly with each event. What you’ll achieve during your contract(s): • Oversee event execution in New Orleans, including tasks such as loading and unloading buses, assisting with hotel check-ins, venue setups, and event management and oversight • Collaborate with Event Coordinators before, during, and after the event to ensure all pre-planned elements are seamless • Work on weekends (Friday - Sunday) at different hotels/venues to facilitate pre-planned experiences • Act as the main point of contact for students while they are onsite • Assess and address any issues during group arrivals • Resolve on-site issues encountered by groups during their stay or event • Are you available to work on most weekends from January - May, 2025? • Why do you want to work with MIA Productions and All Roads Travel to help execute college formal experiences?
