The Assistant Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of various events. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations. Communication & Client Support • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on event progress. • Maintain a professional demeanor to represent the company well during events. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
