• To Help with Data Entry, Phone Calls, Updating Client's files, Ordering Specific items needed for event, etc... • Must be able to Multitask • Excellent Customer Service skills both written & oral • Must have computer skills: with Windows based applications, plus able to work with all Social Media sites (FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, & beyond) • Motivated & Positive Attitude to work well with all departments of the Company • Must have two years of working experience in an office environment. Working experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus • This is an HOURLY POSITION • HOURS- Tuesday-Friday in the Office from 10 am- 3 pm Job Type: Part-time Experience: • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
