This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to bring events to life.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing events from concept to completionCoordinate logistics, vendors, and schedules under the guidance of senior coordinatorsSupport onsite event setup, management, and breakdownCommunicate with clients and vendors to ensure expectations are metMaintain organized records, budgets, and event documentationAssist in post-event evaluations and reportingHandle administrative tasks such as scheduling, booking venues, and inventory trackingQualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)1-2 years of experience in event planning or a similar coordination roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work evenings and weekends when necessaryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software is a plusStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesAdditional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary between $54,000 and $60,000 annuallyGrowth opportunities and career development supportCollaborative and creative work environmentPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance packagesTraining and continuing education opportunities
