Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love creating amazing experiences, and somehow notice the crooked centerpiece before anyone else does? Then we may have the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Event Venue Manager to help run events smoothly from start to finish during our busy season. What You’ll Be Doing:

Making sure timelines, setup, and details stay on track
Assisting and communicating with clients in a professional and friendly way
Handling unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
Coordinating with vendors, staff, and event teams
Keeping the venue looking polished and event-ready at all times
Being the go-to person when things need to get done

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Extremely organized and detail oriented
Friendly, professional, and great with clients
Dependable and always on time
A strong problem solver who can think quickly under pressure
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Calm, positive, and adaptable in busy environments
Ready to jump into our prime event season and hit the ground running

Schedule:

Event hours vary depending on the season and client needs, but most events run approximately 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with additional hours possible depending on event add-ons and venue needs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves events, and can confidently keep things running smoothly while making clients feel supported every step of the way.

If you’re the type of person who notices the little things, solves problems before others see them, and can keep calm while carrying a clipboard and answering three questions at once… we’d love to hear from you.
