As the ecosystem grows, we are seeking a trusted Assistant Event Coordinator to support event logistics and help bring these gatherings to life.

Position Overview
The Assistant Event Coordinator will work directly with founder Christine Mola to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events across the Bloom ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who:

This is a grassroots, growth-oriented position where the right individual will play a meaningful role in helping build a thriving regional community.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning Support
Assist with logistics for Bloom Group and CHAC signature events including:
vendor coordinationregistration trackingevent preparation timelines communication with speakers and practitioners venue coordination support
Event Execution
Provide on-site support during events including:
setup coordination vendor arrival coordination guest check-in support helping ensure the event flow runs smoothly
eWomenNetwork Chapter Support
Assist with administrative and event support for the Greater Northwest Connecticut Chapter, including:
member event coordination RSVP tracking helping prepare event materials supporting chapter programming logistics
Bloom Center Programming Support
Assist with the coordination of workshops and practitioners who will offer programming within the Bloom Center. Responsibilities may include:
scheduling coordination practitioner communication event calendar organization light administrative support
