I am happy to grow with you and this field of work is never dull, it is a roller coaster and you have to really want to do it. One day we may be doing wood work and need to be able to use hand tools and power tools, the next day we may be working on social media and making videos or fixing the computer network. It is not about being proficient in all trades, it is more about being familiar enough to be able to troubleshoot, and know when to ask for help or when we should do it ourselves. We always work as a team and do our best to make the work go smooth and there is where getting a good manager in place is critical to help keep an eye out for the team and help us work together. Some sort of past experience in events and live event production.
