Job Description:
We are hiring an Assistant Events Manager to support the planning, promotion, and execution of our events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with communication, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in fast-paced environments. Compensation will be on an event-by-event basis.
Role and Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of upcoming Slow Jams eventsProvide on-site support during Slow Jams events, including event setup, team coordination, and breakdown as neededCoordinate with team members, venues, vendors, suppliers, and event partners as neededAssist with event marketing, including paid campaigns, email marketing, social media promotion, and ticketing platform updatesManage Slow Jams social media accountsRequired Skills & Experience
Previous experience working within events, nightlife, festivals, or hospitality is preferredAvailability to work on-site on event days, including evenings and weekendsPrior experience in event marketing, particularly paid event marketing campaignsStrong understanding of ticketing platforms such as EventbriteExperience working with MailChimp and other marketing toolsExperience in social media management with a background in paid social media advertisingProficiency in CapCut and basic video editingPay: From $400.00 per day
