You’re comfortable helping colleagues prepare, checking arrangements, and stepping in when a guest needs assistance. You want more responsibility while continuing to work closely with people.

We’re looking for an Assistant Event Operations Manager in Cincinnati to support event logistics and attendee experience alongside the Event Operations Manager. You’ll help organize assigned activities and keep communication clear throughout delivery.

Before and During the Event

Help prepare schedules, team assignments, and event checklists.Confirm materials, venue arrangements, and setup requirements.Support team briefings and communicate changes.Welcome attendees and help resolve routine guest concerns.Monitor timings and coordinate outstanding event-day tasks.Assist with pack-down, resource checks, and post-event reviews.

Ready for a Step Up?

Events, hospitality, retail supervision, guest services, or team coordination experience is helpful. You may have supported a function, trained colleagues, or helped organize a busy shift.

A specific degree or previous management title isn’t required. Strong follow-through, calm communication, practical judgment, and a cooperative approach matter.

Learn Alongside Event Management

Guidance will cover event procedures, venue requirements, and team coordination. You’ll develop leadership skills while escalating decisions outside your agreed responsibilities.

Event locations and any evening or weekend requirements will be discussed during recruitment.
