About the Role: Two years of experience in event planning and/or event executionExperience with Caterease event planning software or a similar event management programDemonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities: Replying to event inquiries from various sourcesAssist with site toursAssist in planning and coordinating banquet and event logistics, including room setup, catering, audiovisual needs, and decorCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their event needs and provide timely updates Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure all event components are delivered on schedule and to specificationSupport on-site event management by overseeing setup, monitoring event progress, and addressing any issues that arise promptlyMaintain accurate records of event details, client preferences, and post-event feedback to improve future planning processesBenefits:
