The Assistant Events Director will support the Special Events Director in all aspects of event coordination and management. o Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of various events including banquets, corporate meetings, weddings, and special events. o Handle client inquiries, assist in booking events, and communicate details to the Special Events Director. o Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for all events, ensuring accurate communication of all event details to internal teams (e.g., kitchen, service, and AV departments). o Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing client needs and event requirements.
