This role will assist with overseeing the janitorial and maintenance operations for all athletic facilities, including the arena and three other athletic buildings. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate a team, work with and collaborate with other leaders and the client and make independent decisions to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and client satisfaction. • Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, and leading a team. • Experience in event management or a related field, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
