Assistant Manager, Tradeshows

Assist with managing all aspects of tradeshow planning and execution for Pride Mobility Products & Quantum Rehab, from initial contract negotiation through on‑site execution and post‑show analysisRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESEnsure successful delivery of 10–25 domestic trade shows annually, maintain brand standards, manage logistics, and drive continuous improvement in event performanceLead end‑to‑end tradeshow planning including contract negotiation, vendor coordination, logistics, execution, and post‑show reportingWork in collaboration with Marketing Manager to negotiate and manage contracts for booth space, vendors, and show services (e.g., drayage, electrical, furnishings, shipping)Coordinate all tradeshow logistics including shipping, inventory tracking, material handling, and service orderingDevelop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are metCoordinate booth design, setup requirements, and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teamsServe as the primary point of contact for all tradeshow‑related activities across departmentsLead on‑site execution including booth setup and dismantle (tear‑down) with support from on‑site team membersManage on‑site vendors, labor, and show services to ensure smooth executionEnsure booth presentation aligns with brand standards and is fully operational throughout each eventTroubleshoot and resolve issues in real time during eventsCoordinate staffing logistics including travel arrangements, schedules, and communication for attending team membersPartner with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to align goals, messaging, and event objectivesTrack and measure tradeshow performance including lead generation, engagement, and overall effectivenessCoordinate lead collection, organization, and handoff to Sales for follow‑upProvide post‑show reporting and recommendations to optimize future eventsMaintain strong cross‑functional relationships and act as liaison for all tradeshow activityAssist with sponsor ships, customer visits, and additional marketing initiatives as neededEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents, or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLSMust be a team player, friendly, professional, detail‑oriented, and honestMust be willing and able to travel frequently, including up to 10-15 trade shows annually, with extended hours and weekends requiredMust have the ability to: Multi‑task, problem‑solve, and prioritize in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure working environment; Manage multiple events simultaneously; Work independently while leading cross‑functional efforts without direct authorityMust have: Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement; Strong project management and organizational skills; Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration; Excellent attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence; Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills; Basic working knowledge Microsoft Office Word and Excel; Basic working knowledge of social media; Basic photography skills; Excellent web navigation skills; Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsREQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years of experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or related rolePREFERRED EXPERIENCEAt least 1 year of experience managing or coordinating multiple trade shows annually preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or GEDPREFERRED EDUCATIONAssociate’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field preferredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the futureDETAILSThis job description is not intended to be all‑inclusiveIn exceptional…
